Odd doesn't really cover it and peculiar seems like an understatement. The detail in the oddities/peculiarities found in Small Apartments is quite brilliant though. It's a simple concept, a concept that has been exaggerated perfectly in it's realisation. No good odd film is without an odd cast ensemble either, with Matt Lucas, Billy Crystal, Juno Temple, James Marsden, Rebel Wilson , Peter Stormare , Dolph Lundgren , James Caan , Rosie Perez , Johnny Knoxville and Amanda Plummer present, how could anyone resist right? The ridiculous story is matched only by the ridiculous characters. This won't be to everyone's liking and I do have minor issues with it but altogether it's really nice to see something original and plain silly for a change.
