The title is honest and straight to the point and I congratulate Craig Scott Rosebraugh for raising this issue once again. Sure we've heard much of it before but he does give us new information and we as the public need to be reminded regularly that these things continue to happen and will do so until something is done about it. To his credit, Rosebraugh is full of suggestions as to what we can do. It's a good documentary, it does everything a good documentary should do but my main criticism is Rosebraugh himself. In his honesty, and honesty is important in a documentary, he has put himself as researcher and film maker in the forefront. He is in the film and also narrates it. Without wanting to sound cruel, he doesn't have the voice for it. It is a distraction when raising an important issue. Everything else is perfect and the facts are obviously the important part but in the real world you need to sell the truth just as well as the greedy lying bastards who sell you lies.
