For once the hype was right, Kick-Ass does indeed Kick-Ass. It is a huge relief to us comic book readers when our favorite comics are faithfully adapted, in fact I struggle to think of any comic book film that has done so as successfully. Non-comic book fans remember it more for the fact a young girl says the C word, the rest of us remember it for the right reasons, because it is awesome.
