Bruce and Lloyd were likable in Get Smart but neither character warranted their own spin off. Laughs are very few and far between, in fact I fail to remember laughing once. The only good idea they did have was to cast Patrick Warburton as a not so perfect robot but then they failed miserably at doing anything with it. There are better things to do with 60 minutes of your life.
