Unfortunately, James Williamson's 1900 Attack on a China Mission in it's entirety has been lost over time and we are only left with parts. This is probably due to it being one of the first multi-shot  (4 in total) films. It was an ambitious film, it was the first battle epic, albeit only 4 minutes long and is a great addition to the Méliès' studio portfolio. Modern day film structure, camera work, editing etc all stem from this one important film. It's very much worth a watch.
